LIVINGSPACE - Expanding the brandname "Livingspace" with a goal of 700-1,000 beds within 5 years. Identifying and working alongside joint venture partners to develop other low cost but elite accommodation facilities.

DEVELOPMENT- LIFESTYLE FOCUS - Identifying and purchasing property that can be developed in a profitable and timely manner with a clear focus on underdeveloped property where PVL can see opportunities to increase value.

RETAIL INVESTMENT PROPERTIES - Identifying and retaining key developed properties as commercial investments to ensure strong cash flow for the group.

WHOLESALE PROPERTY SALES - Selling commercial and residential property that has been acquired or developed by the company to our database of pre-qualified investors.
